Director of Facilities | Lead Strategy, Drive Excellence + Earn a $1000 Sign-On Bonus!

Are you a strategic, hands-on facilities leader with a vision for efficiency and innovation? We’re looking for a dynamic Director of Facilities to oversee and elevate our growing network of properties and operations—from stores and warehouses to offices and beyond.

In this high-impact role, you’ll develop long-term facilities programs, manage vendor partnerships, and drive strategic planning aligned with organizational growth. Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee all facilities and property management operations across retail, office, and warehouse sites
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and capital improvement plans
  • Lead vendor negotiations, contract management, and annual pricing reviews
  • Monitor and manage departmental and vehicle budgets, operating costs, and capital expenditures
  • Support long-term strategic facility planning, including master plans and 10-year projections
  • Analyze data to shape company-wide space and maintenance strategies using a balanced scorecard
  • Assess and explore external property maintenance business opportunities
  • Ensure standard operating procedures are current and compliant with organizational needs
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration
  • Maintain safety standards and operational excellence at all sites

Leadership & Supervision :

This position has supervisory responsibilities over the Property Services team.

What You Bring :

  • Proven experience managing a broad portfolio of facilities, including retail, warehouse, and office locations
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects and teams
  • 2+ years of experience developing and managing operational budgets
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick, informed decisions
  • Knowledge of building materials, systems, and maintenance processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, Visio, PowerPoint)
  • Valid Texas driver’s license required
