Family Medicine opening near Phoenix Located in Buckeye, AZ - Phoenix 35mFull or Part-time, permanent positionSeeking BC / BE Schedule : - Facility operating hours Monday to Friday, 7am - 6pm - No weekend or call coverage required - Full-time preferred (part-time may be considered) Responsibilities : - Provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting - Manage acute and chronic conditions for all age groups - Conduct preventive health screenings, physicals, and wellness visits - Work collaboratively with OB / GYNs, pediatricians, behavioral health, dental, and WIC professionals - Maintain accurate records in the EMR - Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team-based care - Serve a diverse and underserved patient population under the FQHC model Requirements : - MD or DO from an accredited medical school - Completion of a Family Medicine residency (ACGME-accredited) - Active Arizona medical license (required at time of submission) - DEA license and BLS certification - Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred but not required - Minimum 3 years of community health experience preferred Facility Details : - Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) - Multispecialty team includes Family Medicine, OB / GYN, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health, Dental, and more - EMR System : Epic - Sliding fee scale services; high volume of Medicaid / Medicare / underinsured patients - Teaching opportunities available with A.T.
