Summary

We are hiring for a leading global financial trading technology company  known for its cutting-edge platforms and high-impact projects with top-tier Wall Street clients—an exciting opportunity to work on real-time, performance-critical systems in a dynamic and growth-driven environment.

Must-Have Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in C++ (preferably with experience in C++11 / C++14 standards)
  • Hands-on experience with Linux / Unix environments
  • Solid understanding of Data Structures, Multithreading, and OS Concepts
  • Practical experience in problem-solving and debugging complex issues
  • Basic understanding of Databases (likely SQL or similar)

Soft Skills & Responsibilities

  • Excellent communication skills and independent problem-solving ability.
  • Strong analytical thinking based on client feedback.Ability to recommend product improvements
  • Willingness to mentor and guide junior team members / interns.
  • Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Comfortable with the full product development lifecycle

    • Educational Background

    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in :

  • Computer Science
  • Information Technology
  • Engineering or related disciplines

    • Bonus Qualities :

  • Prior experience in Financial Technology, Trading Systems
  • Exposure to Agile or DevOps environments
  • Any open-source contributions or projects showcasing system-level C++ work
  • Veterans Preferred
  • Security Clearance Preferred
