Production Associate I – Screen Printer / Assembler

Location : Clearwater, FL

Available Shift 2 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM

    • Job Summary

    As a Production Associate , you’ll play a critical role in meeting customer expectations by supporting our production workflow. This includes machine operation, printing, packing, and quality inspection. You’ll work closely with the Production Supervisor and Facilitator to ensure timely and accurate order completion.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Perform roles such as Printer, Assembler, Packer, Screen / Die Technician, Material Handler
  • Prepare materials and maintain organization of workstations
  • Monitor quality standards and report mechanical issues
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow production workflow to meet deadlines and KPIs
  • Transfer hours correctly in Kronos
  • Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
  • Understand and follow safety protocols and emergency procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

    • Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent reading, writing, and math skills)
  • 1–2 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred (but not required)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to demonstrate active listening, critical thinking, and basic problem-solving
  • Computer literacy; Oracle experience a plus
  • Must pass all pre-employment screenings

    • Physical Requirements

  • Ability to reach, bend, twist, push, pull, grasp, sit or stand for extended periods
  • Able to lift / move items and navigate the facility as needed
