Position Overview

Were seeking a Part-Time Corporate Recruiter to join our team in a remote role based on the East Coast (preferred in the Orlando FL area) .

This camera-facing position conducts virtual interviews and meetings through Zoom and Google Meet representing Medi-Weightloss with professionalism and warmth.

The role is ideal for an energetic relationship-driven recruiter who thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment. It starts as part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as our network of clinics continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer for a variety of roles including clinical providers medical assistants and front-office staff.
• Conduct virtual camera-based interviews via Zoom and Google Meet ensuring a polished and engaging candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to identify staffing needs and recruitment priorities.
• Cultivate local externship and internship partnerships with schools colleges and medical programs to strengthen the long-term talent pipeline.
• Build and maintain active candidate networks through sourcing tools like LinkedIn Indeed and social media.
• Track recruitment metrics and candidate activity using applicant tracking systems (Teamtailor) and Google Workspace tools.
• Represent the Medi-Weightloss brand with enthusiasm professionalism and integrity in every interaction.
