Outside Sales Representative Job Summary
Outside Sales Representative is responsible for finding new clients for our rapidly growing business. You'll be involved in each stage of the B2B selling process : from lead generation, to prospect cultivation, to presentations and proposals.

Build and foster a network of leads within the designated territoryGenerate and develop new prospect accountsUse sales management software tools to track KPIs, including sales calls made, the number of prospect contacts made, and presentations givenEmphasize product / service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and / or reportsManage schedule efficiently with physical visits to prospects and clientsAssist in creating RFP responses to prospectsAttend weekly Sales Manager meetingsOutside Sales Representative Requirements
One year of B2B sales experienceSelf-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasmDemonstrated ability to close deals and meet sales quotasSolid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-visit planning, call control, account development, and time and territory managementSuccess in qualifying prospects involving multiple key decision-makersStrong knowledge of outside sales principles, methods, practices, and techniquesStrong problem-identification and objection-resolution skillsExceptional verbal / written communication, listening, and presentation skillsValid drivers license and reliable vehicleAble to perform basic calculations and mathematical figuresAbility to work individually and as part of a teamExperience with customer relationship management (CRM) softwareKnowledge of the staffing industry is a plusBilingual a plusOutside Sales Representative Working Conditions
