EHS and Facilities Lead

Were supporting a fast-growing aerospace manufacturer seeking an EHS and Facilities Lead to build and manage world-class environmental health safety and facility programs. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing compliance risk management and facility operations across manufacturing R&D and office environments.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic planning with on-the-floor execution-driving safety culture operational readiness and scalability as the organization expands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive EHS programs policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with OSHA EPA and state / local regulatory requirements
• Lead incident investigations root cause analyses and corrective actions
• Conduct regular risk assessments and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)
• Champion a proactive safety culture through training and engagement
• Develop and maintain emergency response and action plans
• Oversee daily facility operations maintenance and infrastructure projects
• Manage vendor relationships for maintenance and facility services
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Support facility expansion and space planning initiatives

The pay range for this role is $120000 - $160000 per year.
