Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Operating Room team. The RN will provide perioperative nursing care, assist surgeons during procedures, and ensure patient safety throughout the surgical process. This role requires strong clinical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Circulate and scrub in the operating room as needed
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital policy
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff to ensure safe and efficient procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and surgical activities
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and hospital standards
• Assist in patient education and preparation for surgery
• Support pre-op and post-op care as required
