Medical Front Desk Receptionist- Multi-specialty office.

We are looking for experienced, full-time Front Desk Receptionists to join our fast-paced, multi-specialty medical practice.

JOB SUMMARY :

  • Patient registration.
  • Appointment scheduling.
  • Check-in and Check-out.
  • Answer phones.
  • Product / Service sales.

SKILLS :

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Positive outlook and upbeat personality.
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous.
  • Ability to multitask.

    • EDUCATION :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required).

    • TRAINING :

  • On-the-job training offered.

    • REQUIREMENTS :

  • Flexible work schedule, with start times as early as 7 : 45 AM and end times as late as 6 : 30 PM, based on coverage needs.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Travel to satellite offices.

    • SCHEDULE :

  • Monday–Friday, with shifts scheduled between 7 : 45 AM and 6 : 30 PM. Work hours vary based on coverage needs.

    • COMPENSATION :

  • Salary based on experience.
  • $500 bonus after 6 months of employment.
