California EHS Manager

A company is looking for an EHS Manager to provide leadership and support for health and safety initiatives across various projects. Responsibilities Support R&D and product teams with field presence and production floor visits Develop and implement a Site Safety Management Plan to ensure a safe work environment Investigate safety incidents, perform root cause analysis, and establish corrective actions Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and work experience 5-7 years of applied professional EHS work experience, preferably in construction or factory settings Thorough understanding of OSHA, ANSI, and EPA regulations Experience providing EHS support across multiple locations Proven ability to foster relationships with diverse teams and manage safety training content
