Description
The Admissions Counselor serves as a liaison between the university and the community at large. To serve in this capacity entails visiting with high school guidance counselors students and their parents and other education officials without supervision at private visits in high schools college fairs and at other special functions throughout Tennessee Georgia and Alabama.

Qualifications
Minimum : Requires a bachelors degree in a relevant field and two years of relevant experience in enrollment services recruitment or admissions either as an RA SGA while in school or professionally; or an equivalent combination of education training and experience. A valid drivers license is required.
Preferred : Two to three years of experience in a college admissions office or comparable collegiate / business experience with the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga or higher education in Tennessee is preferred.
