About This Role :
- Academic Program Oversight : Ensures programs and courses align with industry standards, educational best practices, and student needs; oversees curriculum development, instructional delivery, and faculty compliance with academic policies.
- Faculty Leadership & Support : Recruits, hires, trains, and supports faculty; conducts instructional monitoring and coaching; facilitates faculty meetings and ensures effective scheduling and resource allocation.
- Student Success & Support : Monitors access to advising, tutoring, and remediation services; supports certification preparation and testing; addresses student conduct issues and works to resolve concerns to foster retention and achievement.
- Industry & Community Engagement : Builds and maintains partnerships with employers, advisory boards, and externship sites; facilitates externship placement and ensures high-quality clinical experiences and job readiness.
- Compliance, Evaluation & Continuous Improvement : Ensures compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards; monitors key performance indicators and stakeholder feedback; contributes to reports, strategic initiatives, and quality improvement efforts.

Graduate from a program in a medical assistant, radiology technician, or closely related field required.Radiology Technician Associate’s degree or higher or closely related field preferred.A minimum of three (3) years of occupational experience providing direct patient care as a medical assistant, basic x-ray machine operator / limited scope radiologist, radiology technician or similar radiology occupation.Hands-on experience performing diagnostic imaging procedures, with proficiency in the areas covered under limited scope radiology (e.g., chest, extremities, spine).Adult training or post-secondary teaching experience required.Culture and Benefits :
