Project Accountant

Summary

The Project Accountant will work with the Senior Project Accountants and Project Managers to oversee the accounting and compliance requirements for a portfolio of projects. This position requires strong communication skills working with client's staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage subcontractor billings and compliance for projects within Oracle Textura portal
• Compile required documentation and ensure accuracy of owner requisitions
• Oversee financial risk management for projects to ensure compliance with subcontractor default insurance requirements
• Assist project managers in tracking all costs associated with current projects and assist in completion of project budget reports
• Review certified payroll reports for regulatory compliance
• Run project financial reports for field staff and assist with understanding of reports
• Use latest technology and software to complete projects as assigned
• Other duties / special projects as assigned

Wage Transparency

In accordance with the Maryland Wage Transparency Law, the base salary range for this position is : $75,000 - $95,000.
