UI / UX Designer

A company is looking for a UI / UX Designer to support government clients in enhancing user experience through human-centered design methods. Key Responsibilities Guide government clients in solving complex user experience challenges using human-centered methods Plan and execute UX initiatives from research through interface design, including usability and accessibility testing Represent the voice of the customer to ensure their needs are met in proposed solutions Required Qualifications U.S. Citizenship required and ability to obtain a U.S. government Public Trust Security Clearance BA / BS or equivalent experience with 5+ years of relevant experience 4+ years of professional UX and UI experience in multi-platform digital products Current portfolio showcasing design ideology, methods, and skills Experience in user research, UI design, and familiarity with 508 compliance requirements
