job_description.job_card.job_descriptionOversee and lead a team of 3 pediatric hospitalists Provide newborn nursery care with NICU backup Perform pediatric consultations and circumcisions Manage 24 / 7 on-call coverage, mainly from home (approx. 7 shifts / month) Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) and clinical research Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care Approximately 7 shifts per month; 24 / 7 on-call coverage with flexible remote call Strong leadership and team management Excellent clinical and pediatric hospitalist skills Effective communication and collaboration Commitment to quality improvement and research Board Certified in Pediatrics (required) Valid Ohio medical license or willingness to obtain DEA license (must be obtained before start) Prior leadership experience preferred Benefit from steady income streams and potentially higher rates, mitigating financial uncertainties and instability.
