Commercial HVAC Sales Specialist

Johnstone Supply is looking for a motivated sales professional passionate about HVAC solutions. Join our team and you'll have the opportunity to grow our commercial HVAC business by building lasting client relationships, delivering innovative solutions, and exceeding sales goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

The responsibilities of the Commercial Sales Specialist include, but are not limited to :

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share for commercial HVAC products
• Identify and engage potential clients, including contractors, engineers,
• and facility managers
• Conduct site visits and assessments to understand client needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions
• Conduct customer sales visits regularly
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with customers
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitor activities
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and purchasing) to ensure successful project execution
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
• Works with commercial team to help manage and support clients
• Ensure technical problems and parts availability issues are resolved effectively and promptly
• Participate in training to enhance product knowledge and equipment application skills
• Oversee communication with TSA's, clients and commercial sales team, ensuring clear and professional interactions
• Maintain sales CRM software
