MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL

Job Title : RN – Behavioral Health – Masters Degree

Rate : Up to $2260.00 weekly

Location : Fayetteville, NC

Day Shift (8H)

Responsibilities

• Conducting Assessments : Evaluating the mental health needs of inmates to develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Providing Therapy : Offering individual and group counseling sessions to address emotional and psychological issues.
• Developing Treatment Plans : Creating comprehensive rehabilitation plans tailored to the needs of offenders.
• Managing Mental Health Conditions : Diagnosing and treating mental illnesses and behavioral disorders among inmates.
• Assist with staff training and evaluations and conduct regular meetings to identify problems and propose solutions.
• Maintain a professional and high standard of patient care and attend institutional staff meetings as directed.
