Skills & Requirements :

• 2+ years of experience designing, advising on, and implementing health plan strategies for clients with complex coverage requirements.
• Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or Data Analytics is strongly preferred.
• Experience leveraging analytical tools to develop solutions that enhance benefits value and cost-efficiency.
• Valid Life and Health Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of employment).
• Familiarity with a wide array of insurance solutions and market trends.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate and position organizational strengths in competitive client-facing environments.
• Strong financial acumen, with capabilities in strategic planning, data interpretation, and consultative communication.
• Proven record of driving both new business and long-term client loyalty.
• Background in underwriting or exposure to evaluating policy risk is considered an asset.
