Parking Attendant

As a full-stack parking operator, we automate the operation of parking lots and garages. We handle everything from advertising to collecting drivers' payments and enforcing against illegal parking. We already operate 250+ parking lots and garages across 35 US states and are expanding.

The parking attendant will patrol our six local parking garages, assist drivers with any questions, issues, or concerns, and ensure that all vehicles have appropriately paid for parking. The majority of the parking garages are located in Bellevue, but there is one in Seattle, so you must be able to travel between the two cities.

Responsibilities :

• Regularly walk through assigned parking garages to ensure payment compliance and assist drivers with any questions, challenges, or concerns they may have.
• Using your smartphone, you will 'scan' the license plate of every vehicle in each facility to confirm proper payment has been made. Then, you will issue notices for unpaid parking or work with local tow companies to remove repeat violators.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service by answering questions, giving directions, and resolving parking or technology-related concerns.
• Inspect and report any malfunctioning parking equipment (e.g., license plate recognition cameras, gate machines, etc.) to operations, promptly address concerns, and test new features on-site.
• Assisting with various tasks such as removing small graffiti from signs and picking up light litter.
