Ophthalmologist - General / Comprehensive

Exciting opportunity for a trained, licensed, board certified / eligible General / Comprehensive Ophthalmologist in beautiful, suburban town on Long Island (Nassau County)!

Practice :

• Skilled team of 6 ophthalmologists, 1 optometrist, skilled administrators, scribes, technicians and surgical coordinators
• Practice is part of a large 55 physician group of specialists across Nassau and Suffolk Counties
• Services in this location include Cataracts, Retina, Oculoplastics, Diabetic Eye Care, Dry Eye, Contact Lense Fitting and Primary Care Vision
• 6 OR ambulatory surgery center dedicated to eyes
• Seeing patients 40 hours a week, inclusive of surgical time
• Full technician and scribe support, which adjusts based on volume
• State-of-the-art equipment and technology for precise diagnostics and procedures
• Mentors available to support growth in surgery and specialty

Woodbury, NY, is a lovely town located in Long Island, about an hour north of New York City. It’s known for its suburban feel, access to nature, and proximity to urban amenities.

Compensation and Benefits :

Base salary : $300,000 - $400,000
