The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Technical Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :

• Aggressively learn the basic use, operation and functionality of assigned Solventum products to enable on-site or remote consultations including, technology environment requirements, product installations, diagnostic efforts, conversions, and upgrades
• Demonstrate continuous improvement and enhancement of technical skills for Solventum products / applications and new technologies
• Collaborate with Development and other Solventum departments to provide technically viable solutions and problem resolution as appropriate to meet the organizational goals
• Communicate regularly with Project Managers and the Revenue Cycle Operations Manager on the status of engagements, trouble sites, etc., while clearly defining problems and recommendations in a timely manner
• Demonstrate effective and professional customer relations, teamwork, excellent communication skills, strong problem solving capabilities, self-motivated, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Actively participates in relevant corporate programs / initiatives, comply with professional and quality standards adhere to corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with Solventum's values and ethical standards
• Leading and managing technical projects

Applicable to US Applicants Only : The expected compensation range for this position is $119,076 - $145,537, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and / or experience.
