We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Manager or Senior Manager of Global Accounts Payable to lead our AP operations across the US, Canada, EMEA, and APAC regions. This role will oversee a global team and ensure compliance with local regulations, drive process improvements, and support strategic initiatives in payables and expense management. W hile this role is open to candidates located anywhere within the United States, we have a strong preference for individuals based in the Central or Eastern time zones.

What you’ll be working on

• Leadership & Oversight

Lead and mentor a geographically distributed AP team across US, EMEA, and APAC.

Serve as administrator for Concur Expense and Concur Travel, including configuration, policy enforcement, and user support.

Oversee AP operations in NetSuite, including Invoice processing and approvals, vendor setup and maintenance,payment runs and reconciliations, and month-end and year-end reporting.

Develop and maintain AP metrics and dashboards to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

Maintain strong internal controls and ensure adherence to company policies and audit requirements.
