Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with our clients (law firms, notary offices, corporate legal services) to understand their recruitment needs : profiles sought, technical skills, organizational culture.
- Deploy targeted talent acquisition strategies : active monitoring, headhunting, exploitation of professional networks, specialized recruitment campaigns.
- Evaluate applications with rigor and professionalism : in-depth interviews, validation of legal skills, appreciation of savoir-faire and potential.
- Maintain an exemplary candidate experience by ensuring transparent communication and guiding professionals throughout the process.
- Represent the agency with legal sector actors : participation in events, development of lasting relationships with the community.
- Provide rigorous follow-up with clients and contribute to establishing trust-based partnerships based on the quality of service and understanding of the market.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of internal recruitment practices and the development of our sector-specific expertise.
Skills and Qualities Sought
