Responsibilities :

Partner with internal recruiting teammates and learn the craft of recruitment.
Identify potential candidates for job openings through job boards and networking.
Review applications and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Assist in updating the internal ATS to ensure smooth candidate tracking.

Requirements :

Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Education :

High School or Some College
