Are you a proven Operations leader passionate about driving world-class manufacturing performance? Our client — a rapidly growing food producer with multiple U.S. locations — is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee end-to-end plant operations, elevate performance, and champion continuous improvement.

This is a strategic, hands-on role offering the opportunity to make major impact across production, safety, people leadership, maintenance, reliability, and customer delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily operations for a high-volume food production facility

Develop and execute strategic business plans & KPI improvements

Ensure delivery of SQF / FDA / USDA compliance , food safety & quality systems

Drive Lean, TPM, Kaizen initiatives across all lines & teams

Build & coach high-performing teams across multiple departments

Partner cross-functionally to improve Service Level, Yield & Throughput

10+ years in Food / CPG manufacturing leadership roles

Experience overseeing 100+ employees within a production facility

Strong knowledge of USDA / SQF / GMP environments

Proven track record delivering operational excellence
