Pay, Bonus & Benefits

• $36-$42 / hour base pay
• Monthly performance bonus : Percent-to-goal, paid for meeting PASCO Nurse Coordinator metrics, including for IHSS roles
• Mileage reimbursement

As an IHSS RN Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in designing and overseeing personalized care plans, ensuring every client receives the high-quality, compassionate support they need at home or in the community. You'll collaborate with experienced Case Managers, champion best practices, and empower caregivers through hands-on clinical guidance and training. This role covers clients in the north east region of Colorado and is a hybrid role requiring the chosen candidate to work onsite out of our Lakewood offices x2 days per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
