Duties
Provides direct live support for distance learning, both in online platforms and in state‑of‑the‑art production studios.
Prepares course materials for virtual delivery platform, traditional classroom, adhering to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines and requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
Integrates advanced knowledge of design principles and adult learning theory with programming and multimedia skills to create functional, cohesive training products.
Utilizes software skills including course authoring and video production software along with graphics software, both vector and raster, to create visually appealing and effective products.
Transforms spoken or written descriptions of items, processes, issues, or events into visual representations without the benefit of existing pictures, models, or diagrams.
Coordinates with Information Technology (IT) personnel to resolve information systems issues.

Tour of Duty : Flexible

Appointment is subject to the completion of a favorable suitability or fitness determination; unfavorable adjudicated background checks will be grounds for removal.

Qualifications
Specialized experience : One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of this position. For GS‑12 level, equivalent to GS‑11 or other pay systems. Experience includes developing and delivering accessible digital training solutions, utilizing course authoring and video production software, and evaluating training program outcomes.
Education : Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
