Design Manager

Key Responsibilities

Define and own user-centered strategy and design execution, collaborating with product and engineering leadership

Manage a team of product and content designers, ensuring high-quality design and project delivery

Required Qualifications

6-8+ years of experience in Product Design with a minimum of 3+ years in a management role

Demonstrable expertise in design leadership with a strong portfolio of case studies

Experience leading product direction and strategic thinking in a collaborative environment

Proven ability to develop and empower a diverse design team

Experience working with data and research, conducting product design experiments, and setting measurable goals
