Design Systems Manager

Experience on Native Mobile Apps and large systems product experience

What you will be doing :

  • Lead the multi-brand mobile native-first design system strategy governance and evolution
  • Manage a small high-impact team (Sr. Product Designer Design System Engineer)
  • Collaborate across product engineering and platform teams for SwiftUI Jetpack Compose and React Native
  • Own design token architecture (color type spacing elevation) docs and publication pipeline (Zeroheight)
  • Maintain Figma libraries align with Storybook and GitHub-based codebases
  • Ensure accessibility (WCAG) performance and native behavior
  • Train teams publish release communications run discovery workshops and onboard squads
  • Tool stack : Figma Zeroheight Storybook GitHub Jira Confluence Bitbucket

    • Candidate profile :

  • 5 years in UX / product design or frontend development; 2 years in design systems leadership
  • Experience leading multi-platform design systems across mobile and web
  • Proficient in Figma design tokens documentation platforms; familiar with Git-based workflows
  • Working knowledge of SwiftUI Jetpack Compose React Native
  • Strong understanding of accessibility semantic design and reusable components
  • Experience with governance onboarding adoption and success metrics
