About The Team

CoverMyMeds' Product team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to support the definition and delivery of a new strategic product in healthcare. Of note, our Product team is a dynamic group of professionals focused on collaboration, efficiency, and impact. Together with our various business units, the work our Product does ultimately helps people get the medicine they need to live healthier lives.

What You'll Do

• Proactively engages with cross functional teams across the business to identify value proposition, drive alignment and understanding of product evolution, and owns delivery of product feature sets.
• Collaborates with multiple Product Managers, the business, and development teams to execute on delivering product features ensuring value, quality, and alignment across stakeholders.
• Connect product strategies with desired goals and analyze performance. Track and analyze key product metrics to drive adoption, market value, and financial success.
• Engage and influence stakeholders to foster diverse perspectives and effective communication; align on strategies and execute them collaboratively.
• In collaboration with cross-functional teams, makes recommendations to assess product needs and implements solutions (driving for significant impact) within area of responsibility. Uses design thinking methodology to solve problems and iterate based on research.
• Uses influence to move teams through buy-in of product direction, recommendations, and business need; encourages engagement and creativity across the team, understanding when to take action, engage and adjust.
• Drives product strategies from ideation to delivery, owning process from business and solution design through testing and market release.

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position $115,500 - $192,500
