Looking for candidates with good hands-on experience in :

• HTML5
• CSS3
• JQUERY
• Experience with 3rd party libraries for DOM manipulation (jQuery preferred)
• Experience with AJAX / JSON
• Optimization : fine-tuning, performance measurement, debugging paint issues
• Experience with the promise interface
• CSS preprocessors (LESS and / or SASS)
• Writing efficient selectors and understanding CSS specificity
• Best practices for organizing CSS rules
• Web-based mobile UI development exposure
• General Web Technologies
• Security (XSS, CSRF prevention)
• Page performance optimization
• Semantic markup
• HTML5 new features
• Rapid-development workflow tools (e.g., Grunt)
• Version control systems (SVN, Git preferred)
• Accessibility : ARIA tags, WCAG 2.0
• Experience working in onsite / offshore models
