Schedule : Monday through Friday (Full-Time)

Summary :

Glaz-Tech is looking to fill the position of the Architectural Metal Sales position to sell architectural aluminum productsincluding storefront systems curtain wall components doors frames and related hardware. The position entails working with glazing contractors architects and construction professionals to quote and oversee project status. Must have a strong understanding of the glazing metal industry read drawings and strong customer communication.

This Architectural Metal Sales position works closely with the production fabricators to ensure a timely delivery and quality product is delivered to meet the customers needs. Applicants must be self-driven and be accountable to meet daily customer questions and concerns.

Responsibilities may include (but not limited to) :

• Promote and sell architectural metal and aluminum systems
• Prepare estimates for customer projects
• Review technical drawings when preparing customer estimates
• Track quotes and orders from beginning to end of project life cycle
• Coordination with suppliers and internal fabrication to meet project timelines.
• Reading blueprints and specifications to accurately fabricate storefront metal
• Managing inventory and stock items
• Oversee completed product for shipment.
• Maintain customer relations through visits and new product offerings
• Tracking open orders and working closely with sale and shipping supervisors to ensure timely product delivery
• Process improvement and procedure development to improve workflow
• Understanding of fabrication tools used (saws punches etc) and production program to track orders and inventory.
