Responsibilities :

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide information as needed.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring a positive experience during all interactions.
  • Document and update customer records accurately in the company database.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery.
  • Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in using computers and call center software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Bilingual (if applicable) is a plus.

    The pay range for this role is :

    25.31 - 27.10 USD per hour(Remote (Indianapolis, Indiana, US))
