Design Sales Consultant

Are you a personable, polished, and persuasive sales professional who thrives in a luxury client environment? Do you have a flair for aesthetics and enjoy helping clients elevate their spaces with premium design solutions?

We're looking for a Design Sales Consultant with strong high-end sales experience and a warm, trustworthy presence to join our growing team. You'll be at the forefront of our luxury window treatment offerings beginning with shading solutions, then expanding into draperies and automation.

Location : Coral Springs, FL 100% onsite

What You'll Sell : Blinds, Shades, Shutters, Drapery, and motorized products

What You'll Get :

  • Expected Earnings in Year 1 : $75,000-85,000+
  • Monthly stipend provided for health insurance in year 1
  • Medical, Dental, and Retirement available in year 2
  • Time Off : 7 Paid Holidays, 10 Days of PTO
  • Gas Card for local travel
  • Schedule : M-F 9am-5pm. Occasional Saturday appointments (with flex time).

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Educate customers on the best options for meeting their window treatment needs
  • Convert company-provided leads into sales
  • Self-generating leads for boosted commission
  • Drive to and from client consultations within a 30-mile radius
  • Conduct in-home consultations, documenting accurate window and wall measurements
  • Submit detailed specs after the in-home sales process and follow the customer relationship through to a satisfactory installation
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships by re-engaging both prospective and existing clients, driving repeat business and referrals to sustain a thriving, opportunity-rich career pipeline.
  • Prepare paperwork, order forms, and quote proposal
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients
  • Be present for or after installations

    • Who You Are :

  • High-performing sales professional with a track record in luxury, home, or design-centric industries
  • Personable, polished, and well-presented you exude warmth and confidence
  • Ability to naturally build trust through consultative sales approach
  • Comfortable with in-home consultations, and in tune with luxury clientele expectations
  • Thrive on a mix of autonomy and collaboration, with strong follow-through
  • Tech-savvy : able to navigate Salesforce, MS Suite, Vendor platforms, and Quoting applications

    • What You'll Need :

  • Proven sales success (industry experience optional we'll train you!)
  • Ability to lift and carry 30-50lb sample books
  • Reliable vehicle and ability to travel within a 30 mile radius for appointments
