About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice Provost / Associate Vice President of Global and Digital Learning to lead the development and implementation of innovative strategies that enhance global engagement and digital education. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader, responsible for driving growth in enrollment, international partnerships, and online learning. This senior role demands a collaborative and strategic individual who can coordinate efforts across the institution, providing clear leadership, advocacy, and accountability. The ideal candidate will be a bridge-builder, capable of transforming ideas into action, and will be instrumental in positioning the company as a leader in global education and high-quality online programs. Applicants for the Vice Provost position must have a terminal degree and a distinguished record in teaching, research, and service, while those for the Associate Vice President role should hold a Master's degree and have a strong background in leadership within the areas of global engagement and online learning. Both roles require a candidate with exemplary judgment, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to manage change. The VP / AVP will be expected to oversee academic compliance, global engagement, and e-LIS, and to work closely with enrollment management and other stakeholders to develop and execute a data-driven strategic plan. Key priorities include assessing competitiveness, identifying growth opportunities, and strengthening marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be globally minded, skilled in communication, leadership, technology, and data-informed decision-making, with a strong sense of integrity and emotional intelligence.
