KBR is seeking a Senior Engineering Technician (Engineering Technician 5) to join our esteemed onsite technical support team for Area Control Systems in Jacksonville FL. This SCA position is integral to operating and enhancing cutting-edge automated ATC surveillance systems and communications technologies that play a crucial role in air traffic management.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Troubleshoot field equipment failures for ACS equipment.
• Documentation of maintenance and troubleshooting procedures.
• Responsible for the performance of preventative maintenance and troubleshooting or assessment of ACS equipment.
• Responsible for test and evaluation training installation and logistic support for ACS branch and other designated systems subsystems and components associated with air traffic control and airspace management systems.
• Must have Microsoft Office product proficiency.

This is an SCA position. SCA Rate : $33.59 / HR.

Work shift : Nonstandard work shift evening or night shift and weekend work will be required.
