Position Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Hotel Operations Supervisor to join our leadership team at our 135-room boutique Marriott property. This role will primarily focus on overseeing Food & Beverage operations , including multiple outlets, catering, and events, while also offering opportunities to cross-train and supervise other departments such as Front Office and Housekeeping .

Key Responsibilities :
Food & Beverage Operations (Primary Focus) :
- Supervise daily operations of restaurants, bars, room service, and catering.
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of food and beverage offerings.
- Collaborate with culinary and banquet teams to execute successful events.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control measures.
- Train and mentor F&B staff to uphold Marriott brand standards and service excellence.
Cross-Departmental Oversight :
Support Front Office and Housekeeping teams during peak periods or staffing gaps.Assist in scheduling, training, and performance management across departments.Promote interdepartmental communication to ensure seamless guest experiences.Guest Experience & Service Excellence :
Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements.Maintain a visible presence throughout the hotel to support staff and engage guests.Administrative & Compliance :
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting as needed.Uphold Marriott brand standards and operational procedures.Qualifications :
1+ years of supervisory experience in hotel operations, preferably in F&B.Strong understanding of hospitality service standards and operational workflows.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Familiarity with Marriott systems (, FOSSE, GXP, Toast, etc.) is a plus.Benefits :
