About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Welder with experience in flux welding and the ability to make multiple passes with precision. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to read blueprints accurately, and proficient in using a tape measure to exact specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Perform flux welding with precision, ensuring strong and clean welds

Make multiple passes when required for structural integrity

Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings

Accurately measure materials using a tape measure

Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Operate welding and cutting equipment following safety protocols

Qualifications

Proven experience in flux welding

Ability to make multiple welding passes with consistency

Strong blueprint reading skills

Accurate tape measure skills

Ability to pass a drug screening and a comprehensive background check
