Human Resources Specialist (SME)

Synertex LLC is seeking qualified candidates for a Human Resources Specialist (SME) role in support of a mission-critical program. This position is contingent upon contract award. The SME will provide expert-level HR support, including staffing, workforce planning, and personnel program development, in alignment with sponsor requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide HR support services to facilitate workforce management, talent development, and compliance with HR policies.
• Support HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and HR-related initiatives to align with mission objectives and organizational priorities.
• Maintain HR systems data and ensure information is accessible and current.
• Support HR reporting and provide relevant data to assist in decision-making.
• Support hiring processes, coordinate onboarding processes, and ensure recruitment efforts align with workforce needs.
• Facilitate policy coordination by preparing required documentation and ensuring compliance with applicable HR guidelines.
• Support professional development efforts by facilitating workforce learning opportunities and maintaining relevant materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and interagency partners to support HR initiatives and workforce programs.
• Adapt to changing HR requirements and provide support as needed to sustain efficient operations and meet evolving workforce priorities.
