Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage comprehensive program plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
- Define objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
- Establish governance structures and processes to oversee program execution
- Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IT leadership, business units, and vendors
- Communicate program status, risks, and challenges effectively
- Align stakeholder expectations and facilitate conflict resolution
- Lead regular program meetings and reviews
- Oversee program resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment
- Collaborate with functional managers to allocate resources efficiently
- Monitor budget adherence and optimize expenditures
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks
- Develop proactive risk management and issue resolution strategies
- Escalate critical concerns to senior management when necessary
- Maintain a comprehensive risk and issue log
- Ensure deliverables meet the required quality standards
- Implement quality control processes and conduct program reviews
- Provide strategic direction and mentorship to program teams
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture
- Manage and support multiple project managers

Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration5+ years of proven experience as a Program ManagerDemonstrated success in IT program management with a proven track record of delivering programs effectivelyStrong knowledge of project management methodologies, including PMI, Agile, and ScrumPMP or PgMP certification preferredIn-depth understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and related technologiesFamiliarity with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Important Notes :
