Commercial Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial construction projects in Charleston, SC. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project milestones efficiently.
• Develop, track, and manage project budgets, schedules, procurement plans, and cost controls.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Collaborate with superintendents, engineers, architects, and clients to identify and resolve project challenges.
• Maintain thorough and accurate project documentation, including reports, budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Promote a professional, collaborative, and safety-focused culture across all project teams.
