Medical director / Clinical Pediatrician

The Medical Director will oversee pediatric intake evaluations and provide medical oversight to an interdisciplinary team serving children and families. This role includes guiding clinical decision making, ensuring regulatory and clinical compliance, and helping shape clinical best practices across the organization. The ideal candidate is collaborative, organized, and passionate about high quality pediatric care within a multidisciplinary setting.

This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working closely with clinical, behavioral, and administrative staff to support individualized care plans and improve outcomes for children with a range of developmental and behavioral needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage pediatric intake evaluations and clinical assessments
• Provide medical guidance and support to clinical and behavioral teams
• Ensure compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to develop individualized care plans
• Review and refine clinical protocols and procedures
• Provide direct pediatric consultation as needed
