Recommend suitable insurance policies (e.g., life, health, property, casualty). Explain policy features, benefits, and pricing in a clear and professional manner. Prepare quotes, proposals, and coverage comparisons. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with your clients. Provide ongoing support for policy changes, renewals, and claims questions. Complete required applications, forms, and documentation accurately. Maintain records using CMS (Client Management System) and follow compliance guidelines. Achieve monthly and annual production targets to receive bonus. Stay up to date on industry trends, product changes, and regulatory requirements. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred) Previous sales or customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong ability to explain complex information clearly Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized Multilingual abilities State insurance license (or willingness to obtain)

Depends on your area of interest, you will help individuals and / or businesses find insurance solutions that fit their needs, while growing your own book of business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships, and making a positive impact in the community.
