Director For Donor Strategy And Engagement

Reporting to the Chief Development and Mobilization Officer, the Director for Donor Strategy and Engagement is responsible for developing and implementing individual giving strategies to be deployed across all channels, with an emphasis in digital engagement. In collaboration with communications team colleagues, engagement will include web, email, social media, paid search, paid ads, display, direct mail response, and more, to meet Global Refuge's targets for growing supporters, engagement and overall private revenue. The role will reside in the Development department and work closely with the communications department. The Director will manage a team responsible for donor stewardship and mid-level engagement, as well as all direct response campaigns, impact reports, graphic design for appeals and other donor communications.
