The Opportunity With McKinstry
Are you a recent college graduate looking to kick off your career with a PeopleFirst Culture organization? We are adding a Building Energy Analyst to our growing Energy division in Madison. This role supports Energy Engineers by gathering relevant data and managing that data for further analysis; supports the analysis of guaranteed energy savings from facility improvement measures. Additionally, some responsibilities you will have include :
Perform energy calculations to assess energy consumption, potential savings, and financial viability.Conduct audits of customer facilities to ensure operating efficiency, optimum air quality, and compliance with the energy policy.Identification and communication of conservation measure benefits to the clients.Analyze utility usage patterns of facilities to establish a baseline and track reductions due to the implementation of conservation measures.Communicate and assist the program manager with presenting reports and program benefits to the client.Monitor project status and program objectives in coordination with McKinstry and client expectations.Develop and document detailed Measurement and Verification (M&V) plans for energy projects.What You Need To Succeed At McKinstry
BA / BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management or equivalent field of study or equivalent work experience required.Advanced knowledge of Excel required.Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Project required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.Ability to carry out the responsibilities of the Building Energy Analyst I.PeopleFirst Benefits
