About the Opportunity : Your Impact

As our Title Specialist , you'll be the backbone of our vehicle titling process.

You'll ensure every new and used vehicle transaction is handled with unparalleled accuracy and efficiency, playing a crucial role in our dealership's smooth operations.

What You'll Be Doing : Key Responsibilities

Process all New and Used vehicle titles with precision and speed, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Navigate DMV regulations like a pro, working directly with local and out-of-state departments to guarantee compliance.

Manage title workflow using MADA (Missouri Automobile Dealers Association) to keep everything on track.

Support our accounting team with essential month-end close processes.

Maintain impeccable records and files , ensuring everything is organized and easily accessible.

Communicate effectively with a wide range of partners, including customers, auctions, banks, and OEMs.

Collaborate closely with our dealership's Finance and Sales Managers to streamline operations.

Exhibit a strong sense of urgency and unwavering attention to detail in every task.

Take on additional duties as assigned by our Dealership Controller, expanding your skill set.

What We're Looking For : Your Qualifications

Proven Experience : Prior experience in vehicle title processing or a similar administrative role is preferred – show us what you've got!

DMV Savvy : Familiarity with MADA and DMV processes is a definite plus.

Organizational Whiz : Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills are a must.
