A great sign & graphics company is searching for a new team member to enjoy success with us. This is a full-time installation and production position. Previous sign shop experience is required. Individuals will be self-motivated, hardworking and driven. We enjoy accomplishments and satisfaction of incredible projects. You should have good knowledge of power tools, hand tools and fasteners. As a Graphic Installer you will prepare, measure and apply vinyl decals or full panel vinyl graphics on vehicles, trucks, trailers, interiors, exterior walls and murals of all kinds. Working with wallpapers, and frosted window films, resurfacing with vinyl decals for woodgrains and finishes.  Installing all kinds of signage such as acrylic letters, sign boxes, led signage.  Removal of all types of signage from vinyl to sign boxes.

Travel may be required depending on the job. A valid driver's license is required.

Starting pay rate - Based on Experience

Vacation and PTO provided after probation period

Bonus Pay Program available after 90 days.

Responsibilities will include :

  • Assisting in daily projects - including production, inventory and / or installation of sign or components.
  • Delivery or pickup of goods and materials.
  • Keeping shop, tools, equipment, vehicles collected and emptied.
  • Be able to work independently or with a team.
  • Wisely self-manage your time during installation and production projects when necessary.
  • Practice and demonstrate good listening skills, safety skills and always be attentive.
  • Must be able to climb a variety of ladders, when needed.
  • Be able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis, or when needed.
  • Must be willing to travel and work overtime if needed.
  • Always adhere to company policies and practices.
  • Always behave and dress in an appropriate manner on and off site while working.
  • Experience operating Digital Printers, Plotters & Laminator is a PLUS

    • Previous knowledge and experience of the following required :

  • Knowledge of simple sign installs, such as post and panel and wall mounted signs.
  • Letters and graphics is a plus but can be trained.
  • Knowledge of simple sign production is a plus.
  • Ability to use rulers, measuring tapes, levels, etc. to ensure proper size, fit or placement of signs and components.
  • Ability to use box cutters, X-Actos or similar blades safely.
  • Use simple power tools, such as drills and table saws.
  • Familiar with circular saw and chop / miter saw.
  • Previous work in construction trade is a plus.
