• Hospital Level 1 Trauma Center, Hospital Community Hospital, ASC
• ASAP - ongoing
• Schedule needed : M, W, F 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts, ongoing through December, at least.
• No call
• EMR : Epic
• Trauma level 1
• Number of Operating Rooms : 16
• Medical direction model.
• Needs to be comfortable seeing all ages - including healthy peds
• Required cases : spinal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, regional anesthesia, obstetrical cases, neurosurgical cases
• Do not need to do heart / lung cases. No lines or blocks.
• Credentialing timeframe : 4 months
