About the Role
Were seeking a
highly organized and proactive Event Marketing Lead Generation Coordinator
to boost our retail presence and generate qualified leads through well-executed events. Youll be the driving force behind high-traffic consumer-facing events across the Dallas market, ensuring our brand is visible, approachable, and generating real results. In this role, you will :
Research, secure, and coordinate a minimum of two in-person events per week (e.g., expos, festivals, retail pop-ups)
Negotiate booth space and placement for maximum visibility
Build and maintain relationships with event organizers and vendors
Manage all event logistics including setup, displays, promotional items, and staffing
Monitor budgets, negotiate costs, and track event ROI
Report key performance metrics like leads generated and cost per lead
Key Qualifications
2+ years in event planning, field marketing, or retail lead generation (home services experience a plus)
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Excellent time management and organization skills across multiple markets
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and resourceful
Ability to travel for events as needed
Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing performance tracking is a plus
