Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in this state. Must demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served. Must possess a valid CPR certification Must have effective oral and written communication skills Must meet all local health regulations and criminal background checks, post-offer drug trust, and post-off physical Must maintain all required licenses, certifications, and continuing education requirements by the state Must be able to push, pull, move, and / or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and / or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
